Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
Prices may vary due to changes in airline fares, taxes, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or supplier costs.
Full payment or the applicable advance payment must be made as per the payment schedule provided during booking.
Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, service fees, and taxes.
Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and service providers.

Changes & Amendments

Any request for changes to confirmed bookings is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Travel Times reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, transportation, or activities due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid and up-to-date.
We can provide assistance with visa guidance, but issuance is at the discretion of the respective embassy.

Passport & Visa

Visa assistance, where provided, does not guarantee visa approval.
Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Any losses arising from visa rejection or delays shall not be the responsibility of Travel Times.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, accidents, and travel delays.
Unless specifically mentioned, travel insurance is not included in tour packages.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Follow all local laws and regulations during their travels.
Respect local customs, traditions, and cultural practices.
Arrive at airports, stations, and departure points within the recommended reporting time.
Maintain proper conduct throughout the tour.

Travel Times reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveller’s behaviour endangers others or disrupts the tour.

Liability

Travel Times acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, and activity providers.

We shall not be liable for:

Flight delays or cancellations.
Weather-related disruptions.
Natural disasters or force majeure events.
Political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.Loss of baggage, valuables, passports, or personal belongings.
Injury, illness, accident, or death occurring during the trip unless directly caused by our proven negligence.

Force Majeure

Travel Times shall not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.

Website Usage

All content, logos, images, graphics, text, and design elements on this website are the intellectual property of Travel Times unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.
